World trip with my Lord & God, to five continents, carrying one backpack, and only the route planned. I left in Jan 2007, wanting to see the world and have an adventure with Jesus, and returned 10 and 1/2 months later amazed at what I discovered.
(She serves w/ a Free Methodist church there, helping train teachers; Much more MODERN city than in Bolivia, a lot of smog - great transportation systems (buses/subways), modern/old, felt much more Western; Great markets, interesting foods!, wonderful friends! Really enjoyed my time w/ Kay!!)
A daughter of our wonderful Heavenly Father. Adopted through faith in Jesus' surrender on the cross. I want my life to be a prism that refracts God's sunlight into brilliant rainbows.
Why would I travel with Jesus? Well, I prayed about having another travel buddy, and talked to quite a few people, but nobody could come.
God, can I still go? "I will be with you," was the impression I received in my heart.
Who could ask for a better travel buddy? Not only did he make me, but he likes spending time with me.
He made the whole world, knows every person on this planet, knows safe & sketchy places, and has keys to unlock any situation or close any doors. He has the best connections and pull everywhere.
So, all in all, I'd say He's the most amazing travel buddy around. And I know there are some really cool angels assigned to the mission as well.
